At Post-a-Rose, the Return Policy is as follows: If for any reason the flowers do not arrive in good condition, a fresh bouquet will replace the purchase as long as it is in accordance with the purchase agreement.
As for the Shipping Policy, the flowers ordered will be packed fresh from their Floristry Centre in the Isle of Man in the afternoon and delivered to the address of choice. They use highly experienced couriers, who will take as much care of their fragile cargo as they have taken in putting the bouquet together.
